Where the church is

The Church of the Holy Trinity is located within the walls of the castle, based on the traces of the wall. The time of construction is not known, but based on the traces from the ruins that have been preserved, it has been renovated. It is assumed to be a Byzantine Temple and the first Temple was destroyed by the conquerors of Thessaly.

NOTE: In the lower part of the temple, part of the fortification wall of the castle is preserved.
