These terms of use regulate the rights and obligations regarding the use of this website. The website for brevity will be referred to as “Municipality”. Farkadona-culture.gr belongs to the Municipality of Farkadona Trikala where it is based in Farkadona Trikala (TK 42031, Thessaly).

Regarding the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (e.g. collaborating websites, members or companies), their protection rests exclusively on the beneficiaries.

It is expressly forbidden to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, translate and modify part or all of the content of this website and the services offered on it without the prior written permission of the Association.

Guest / user responsibility

Με την παρούσα συμφωνία ο επισκέπτης/χρήστης του δικτυακού τόπου οφείλει αφενός μεν να συμμορφώνεται με τις εκάστοτε ισχύουσες νομοθετικές και κανονιστικές διατάξεις, αφετέρου δε να απέχει από τις παρακάτω παράνομες και καταχρηστικές χρήσεις του περιεχομένου και των υπηρεσιών του δικτυακού τόπου του συλλόγου.

In the event that any third party takes legal action against the Municipality for an infringement of any of its legal property, which falls under the provisions of the text of the terms of use in the field of responsibility of the visitor/user, the Municipality reserves the right to take recourse against him. Along with any third party claims, the Municipality reserves the right to demand compensation from the visitor/user for violation of the terms of use and for any legal consequence arising from it.
